The past year has been one of progress. We set a clear direction, raised the bar and we see great potential to further develop our business towards continued profitable and sustainable growth.

Moving forward, we have continued to advance our business strategy, which has two major commitments: for the Company to grow its B2B Contract services and to reinforce the Goodrich Global brand as Asia’s distributor of choice in the interior design and furnishings industry.

experience, developing talent, and investing in digital capabilities, including Generative Artificial
Intelligence (GenAI) tools.

The Group places great emphasis on the consideration of stakeholders in its thinking and decisionmaking. The various needs and views of our stakeholders are carefully considered throughout the business, and form part of the business updates presented to the Group.

COLLEAGUES AND EMPLOYEES: The Board ensures its understanding of colleagues’ interests through a variety of forums which include: engagement surveys, site visits, face-to-face briefings, and newsletters to internal communities.

CLIENTS AND CUSTOMERS: We have a diverse customer base across trade, interior design, contract, and hospitality, as well as the homeowner, spread across different geographies. Considerable time is spent analyzing customer trends and reviewing customer feedback to understand their needs and how we can improve our customer service and new product development.

SUPPLIERS AND MANUFACTURERS: We aim to build strong long-term relationships with our key suppliers to develop mutually beneficial and lasting relationships. We work with our suppliers to monitor consumer trends and changing tastes allowing us to evolve and offer differentiated product offerings.

SHAREHOLDERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS: We maintain a regular dialogue with our shareholders and actively engage with them. Communication methods include investor presentations, regulatory reports, and market announcements.

PUBLIC: We aim to reach the general public with corporate brand awareness and secure market positioning through our external communications. Goodrich Global is to be the company that shines from any angle!

Strengthening Our Capabilities in Space Creation With Elevated Product Offering

With creativity at heart, we want to inspire our customers to personalise their spaces through our product offerings. We have invested in design, craftsmanship, and product quality. We have become even faster at responding to trends, accelerated decision-making, increased supply chain flexibility, expanded our capacity, and tightened the teamwork with our suppliers.

Inspiring Customer Experiences

We continue to integrate our physical and digital sales channels that collaborate and strengthen each other. By improving our product availability and inventory management, we ensure that the right products are available at the right time in the right channel so that the customer offering stays relevant.

Since 2020 with the launch of our flagship gallery in Singapore, we started an extensive upgrade of our customer shopping experience, both online and in our network of galleries located world-wide. In the galleries, we have created modern, engaging environments, with rebuilds in key capitals like Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. We are also rolling out upgrades at speed and scale to enhance customer experience. Improvements include better layouts, added tech functionality, improved product presentation, and greater product availability.

Strengthened Brand Building

We continue to strengthen the Goodrich Global brand, shaping meaningful experiences and branding moments with creativity, curiosity, and imagination at the core. We have evolved our brand building by connecting more effectively with our customers where they spend their time – strengthening our digital presence and reach. Through collaborations with creators and with more relevant and inspiring content, we are building stronger customer relationships with increased engagement.

Improving Services With Data And Technology

We continue to leverage data analytics and GenAI technology to gain deep insights into our customers’ needs and further refine our operations to deliver an enhanced and more personalised customer experience. We are also on the path of harnessing the power of GenAI to improve how customer feedback is processed and understood. In particular, the technology enhances the accuracy of sorting and analysing feedback, and aids our team in making quicker, more informed decisions by providing sharper insights.
